The MAGGI Win together Promotion is open to all persons 18 years and older who purchase fifteen Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD$15.00) or more (VAT Inclusive) worth of MAGGI products in a single purchase. The promotion is not open to any employee (permanent or otherwise) or affiliate of: Nestlé Caribbean Inc Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago Limited Massy Stores St Lucia Massy Distribution St. Lucia This also includes their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouse, and children)

Purchase Requirement: Purchase XCD$15.00 (VAT Inclusive) worth of participating MAGGI products in a single transaction at any retailer that issues a printed receipt (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesales). Frequency of Entry: Participants may enter as often as they wish provided each entry has a new qualifying receipt. One (1) lucky person will win up to two thousand, Eastern Caribbean Dollars cash (XCD$2,000) per month to be paid towards their mortgage, rent or utility bill for 6 months.

Make a Qualifying Purchase: Buy XCD$15.00 (VAT Inclusive) worth of participating MAGGI products in a single receipt. Ensure your printed receipt clearly shows: Name of the retailer Receipt number Date of purchase All MAGGI items purchased and their prices Access the Entry Form - in one of three (3) ways: a. Scan the QR Code on promotional material (which links to www.winwithmaggi.com) b. Visit the promotional website directly: www.winwithmaggi.com c. Massy Stores Automatic Entry Complete the Entry Form: Full Name Phone Number City Test of skill: Complete the MAGGI slogan “The Secret of Great Flavour” Agree to the Terms & Conditions Upload the Picture of the Receipt and submit. You will see an on-screen confirmation once your entry is submitted successfully.

1.     Grand Prize: Up to XCD$2000.00 cash to 1 lucky winner, to be paid for Mortgage, Utility or rent per month for 6 months. The total sum will be transferred via wire to a St Lucian deposit-taking institution within two (2) weeks of the winner providing accurate banking information.

All valid entries (verified receipts showing at least XCD$15.00 in qualifying MAGGI products) will be entered into a secure database. For the Grand Prize, one (1) potential winner plus one (1) backup winner will be randomly selected from all entries received during the entire Promotional Period. Each potential winner will be contacted by telephone on the day of the draw and must: Verify their identity (full name, City). Confirm they are not part of any excluded group. Each potential winner will have one opportunity to verify their information. If unreachable after three consecutive call attempts, or if they fail to verify, the next eligible participant in line from the pre-selected potential winners in the order drawn will be contacted.   Grand Prize

Each winner must provide accurate local banking details (bank name, branch, account number, account type) within three (3) days of being contacted. Winners must produce a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National Voters’ ID) and the original receipt used to enter. Please note that pictures and scanned copies are not acceptable. If a winner fails to meet these requirements or cannot produce the original receipt and valid ID, Nestlé Caribbean Inc reserves the right to retain the prize. The grand prize winner must attend the Maggi Pop-Up as per date confirmed.

By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Nestlé Caribbean Incorporated’s decisions are final on all promotion-related matters. Prizes are transferable but must be a St Lucian Citizen and cannot be substituted. By accepting any prize, winners agree to allow Nestlé to use their name, photo, and likeness (hereafter called “data image and likeness”) for any advertising or promotional activities surrounding this promotion without additional compensation and without notice to you the data subject. Should a winner refuse, the prize may be forfeited. As this promotion requires a receipt for each entry, it is important to note that each receipt is unique and can only be used once. Any attempt to enter the same receipt number more than once may lead to disqualification, and all entries associated with that receipt will be considered void. Participants are welcome to enter the promotion multiple times, as long as they use a new, genuine, and unique receipt number for each entry. For online promotions or other promotions that do not require physical receipt, participants should follow the specific instructions provided by the promotion organizers. In such cases, the unique identifier or code provided by the organizer should be used for each entry. If there are any issues with retrieving or reading the unique identifier due to a genuine error, participants may request a copy of the receipt or the necessary information from the place of purchase or the promotion organizer. Nestlé Caribbean Inc, reserves the right to delay, terminate, or amend this promotion at any time with or without notice. Any such changes will be announced via print media or other official channels. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for lost or illegible receipts. Nestlé shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or because of accepting any Prize. The Promoter is not liable for any defects in the prize. Any concerns with the prize shall be directed towards the manufacturer of the prize. Neither the Nestlé, its agents nor anyone professionally connected to this Promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for: Any incorrect or inaccurate receipt entry, or for any faulty, failed or errors in electronic data transmissions. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of receipts at any point in the operation of this Promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of receipts at any point during the operation of this Promotion.  If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Nestlé and which prevents Nestlé from complying with these Terms and Conditions Nestlé will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. Nestlé reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion in such circumstances and undertakes to endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants. Nestlé reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of tampering, fraud, or misuse, or if there is any threat to the fairness or proper administration of this promotion. The decision of Nestlé is final, and no correspondence will be entered into which challenges or otherwise attempts to sway the decision of Nestlé.
